Nejiten: Sharing a bed

Sharing a Bed...

"I cant believe this is happening!" Tenten bellowed under her breath, squeezing the bridge between her eyes.
"Do you think we're enjoying this as well?" Neji asked, scooting away from her.
"Please you two, stop arguing like a married couple! I'm tired from walking all the way here from Konoha, so can we just sleep, please?" Lee begged, his arms flailing in the air.
"You of all people asking for sleep!" Tenten's words were flustered and uneven. "Your the one who never wants to rest in the first place!" The kunoichi squirmed in between the boys, trying to get comfortable.  
"Alright! We're all tired and cranky. I know we're all made that the Inn we're resting for that night at didn't have any more rooms to spare." Neji had enough of the arguing. He was uptight and annoyed from all the fuss. "Lets just make the best of it, alright." After his lecture, he settled in the bed more.

"This mission better be worth it." Tenten proclaimed to herself.
"Well, we're escorting a princess to meet her new betrothed tomorrow to the land of Rice Patties. The roads to that area are known to be very dangerous, so we need all our sleep." Lee added. Regaining the main goal into everyone's mind again. This mission was very important. It was a B ranked mission. They could have done the mission with a three-man team, but Lady Tsunade insisted to have Gai-Sensei help.
"Yeah, well all I know is that I like my space when I sleep so make sure you keep your hands to yourself, please." Tenten asked, not really addressing to anyone in particular, but to both boys. Her arms locked into her sides.
"Relax, Tenten. Its only me and Lee. The more you stress about this, the harder it will be to get some sleep." Neji explained, pushing his hair out of his face.
"Yeah, but Lee moves around a lot when he sleeps. I don't know how I'll be able to sleep like this." Tenten added.
"I do?" Lee asked. "Well sorry if I do move over onto your side, don't hesitate to move me over." Lee said, not needing and answer to his question.
"Sounds good. Don't worry about it, Lee." Tenten added. She didn't want to upset Lee. "But do you mind moving down a bit, Neji is almost falling off the bed!" Over the course of the conversation, Neji inched his way from Tenten, who was to his left on the bed. He didn't want to invade her space. He was nearly off the right side of the bed, and he didn't even notice.
Lee scooted over a bit, noticing a lot of room to his left. They all moved over and got more comfortable. The room they were staying in for the night was small but cozy. Light brown warm walls and maroon carpets set the mood for slumber.

Tenten's hair was out of it's usual two buns, and hung loose around her shoulders. Neji's hair was free from its hair tie at the bottom he normally wore for once. So every movement they made, their hair became more and more tangled with each other.
As they all stopped talking, they settled into a comfortable position. Tenten slept on her stomach, her head facing Neji. Neji faced Tenten, on his side, and Lee faced Tenten's back, also on his side. The moment stayed silent, peaceful. Only soft sounds of their breaths echoing from the walls of their small room.
"Stupid Gai-Sensei getting his own bed." Tenten said to herself, her face buried in her pillow now.
"Tenten, please!" Neji said opening his eyes. Realizing he wont get as much sleep as he hoped for. Lee didn't say anything, he just moved his body a bit, still laying in the same position.

Tenten rose her head, leaning her weight on her arms as she crossed them in front of her chest. Taking pressure off her breasts.
"I don't know how I'm going to sleep like this." Tenten stated to herself.
"Tenten, I haven't the clue why your getting so paranoid." Neji said lifting himself up. "We used to share a bed for the same exact reasons when we were younger."
"No, its not that. I just cant seem to fall asleep. I just have a lot of weird things on my mind that's clouding my ability to sleep." Tenten said, slumping down more, her chin resting on her arms.
"Like what?" Lee said, finally making it aware that he was also awake. He turned to lay on his back, stretching his legs out a bit. The bed was a little too small for Lee and Neji, since they were so tall.

"Well, since you asked, bare with me. Have you guys every wondered why Gai-Sensei doesn't have any children yet?" Tenten asked. Her friends looked at her baffled.
"What?" The boys asked in union.
"What kind of question is that? And why would that be on your mind?" Neji asked, wondering why that would keep her from sleeping.
"Well I was just thinking about the mission we're doing. Escorting a princess to meet her newly betrothed. Its her duty to her country to unite both lands together to create a stronger land."
"Yes, that's why most royal marriages unite people from other royal lands. But I still dont understand." Neji said.
"Ok. Well the future of Konoha lies in our Sensei's and our hands. So its our responsibility to take care of our village, right?" Tenten asked, getting to her point.
"Yes, but how does that connect with what you said before about Gai-Sensei not having kids?" Lee asked, still not completely following.
"Well, we're all going to have to reproduce when we get older. So, I was just wondering why our Sensei, or any of our other Sensei's haven't started yet. Since the future lies in our hands and all." Tenten explained.

"I never really thought about that." Lee admitted, thinking over Tenten's logic. Tenten also had a reason for being awake. The pain in her chest that was only minor a while ago began to grow. She thought she could ignore it by thinking about different things, but it was becoming hard to bare. She sat up on the bed, turning to sit on her bottom. Her arm pressed against her chest.

"What's that matter?" Neji asked, noticing his friend's discomfort. Tenten didn't want to tell the full truth of what was bothering her. Her wrappings around her breasts that kept then secure was too tight. She needed to fix it.
"Oh its nothing. Just my-uh-chest is all." Tenten explained. Hoping that Neji and Lee would come to conclusion that is was something other then her breasts that were bothering her.
"I-I'm going to the bathroom!" Tenten said frantically as she quickly climbed over Neji, sliding the door shut behind her.

"That was strange." Lee said.
"Yeah. I wounder why she's in pain." Neji thought aloud.
"Well, she is developing." Lee said in his 'youthful' voice. Lee stretched out more on the bed, due to the new found room.
"What do you mean?" Neji asked, sitting up.
"Well, since we're getting older, haven't you noticed she's developed breasts?" Lee asked, crossing his arms behind his head.
"I-I guess so." Neji embarrassingly answered. "Mind I ask you why we're having this conversation?" Neji blushed, pinching the bridge between his nose.
"Well, you asked. And it is our time of youth! A time of growth and development!" Lee proclaimed, a finger pointed in the air.
"I get it, Lee." He's heard this lecture enough from Gai-Sensei. "But, it's just, this is Tenten we're talking about." Neji said
"Your right. But what she was saying before, she had good logic."
"What's your point?" Neji said, hoping Tenten would walk back in soon.
"Well what she said made sense. Sooner or later, the future of Konoha rests in our hands to reproduce to keep the village strong and lively. Who do you see yourself with in the future? Of course, I stand by my loving Sakura!"
"I-I don't think about that kind of thing." Neji said, shaking his head as he dismissed the subject.
"Really? Because whenever I think about you married to someone, it always comes back around to Tenten." Lee admitted. Not thinking about the consequences of what he was saying.

Tenten locked herself in the bathroom, staring in the mirror that was provided. Her breathing was heavy, dense. She had taken of her shirt, only the wrappings around her breasts that covered her, if barely. Her breasts began to submerge in the middle and pop out at the top. This wasn't supposed to happen. Soon she'd have to upgrade to fishnet-lingerie because having the cloth-wrappings this tight on her breasts can get in the way of her duty.
Tenten began clawing at the side of the bandage near her left armpit where the loose strand was tucked away. She began undoing a few wraps, pulling and tugging at the remaining cloth on her body to make it looser. As it grew to her liking, she re-wrapped the cloth, much looser than before, making sure she had room to breathe.
She couldn't remove the wrappings like she normally did at home or when she had her own room to herself. She was dreadfully sharing a bed with Neji and Lee! It could turn out badly if she removed her wrappings. Before Tenten left, she pulled her shorts down a bit so they wouldn't ride up on her more and placed her shit on. Covering up as much skin as she could. The situation was embarrassing enough. She wanted to have some control.

"That's absurd, Lee!" Neji answered back to Lee's remark. "Tenten is merely but a friend to me. Really, this conversation is uncomfortable enough."
"Well, ok. It just seem you two were closer then I thought." Lee said as he stretched one last time.
Tenten then entered the room from adjusting her wrappings. Neji go up so she could get in the middle again.
No one said anything afterwords. Instead they decided to sleep, since they had an important mission in the morning.
Later on into the night, Lee rolled over more, grabbing onto Tenten's waist, waking her up.
"Lee let go!' she howled in a whisper. She tried un-gripping his hold, but he was too strong. Lee wouldn't wake either.
"Neji! Neji, help me, would ya?!" Tenten said loudly. Neji opened his beautiful eyes, realizing Tenten's situation. Giggling a little as he sat up.
"It's not funny! Now could you please help me?" Tenten asked, squirming under Lee's muscular arms.
"On the contrary, I find this hilarious." Neji stated, taking in the picture more.
"Well its nice to know you have some sense of humor! Now help me, please!" Tenten begged. Still trying, unsuccessfully, to un-grip Lee's hold.
"Alright, alright. Stop flailing around so I can help you." Neji said as he gripped Lee's arm with one hand as he braced himself, pulling on the mattress with the other.

Ok, now pull yourself out!" Neji whispered softly. They didn't bother to try and wake him. That would be impossible.
Tenten squirmed, almost breaking free. But Lee's weight was too heavy for her.
"Oh for the love of-!" Neji said, cutting his sentence short. He sat himself upright more on the bed. He grabbed a hold of Tenten with the arm he was using to hold onto the mattress. As he grabbed onto Tenten's arm, He yanked her clear out of Lee's clutch.
Lee yawned loudly, then turned the opposite way.
"Thanks for that." Tenten said, adjusting herself on the bed.
"No problem." Neji said. "Now we should get some sleep." Tenten nodded as they both fell into a deep sleep. Later on in the night, Tenten woke up again to find another arm around her waist.

"Aw come on Lee!" She said in a loud whisper. She turned to her right, realizing the arm belonged to Neji. Tenten blushed, ignoring it, as she slid her hand over Neji's. Falling back asleep.

Not too long after, Neji woke up. Realizing where his hands were. he also did nothing to move away from Tenten, and just dismissed it. Falling back into his slumber.

"Good morning, my youthful students!" Gai-Sensei hasted his way into the room. Waking his students up. Lee glanced over, seeing Neji's arm pulling away from Tenten's waist.
"Rise and Shine! We have a big mission a head of us!" Gai said. Already fully dressed as he skipped his merry way out of the room.
"Ugh.. Alright. Well I get the bathroom first." Tenten said, still half asleep. She hated Gai's 'hello sunshine awakenings'.
Neji got off the bed for her, stretching when she left the room.
"I saw that!" Lee said facetiously.
"Saw what?" Neji replied, not contemplating everything in his mind quite yet.
"Your arm around Tenten!" Lee proclaimed happily.
"What, that? Oh, I must've did that on accident last night." Neji said, dismissing it. As Lee suspected he would
Lee shook his head. he knew better then to argue things like this with Neji. It was like arguing with a rock. You could never get through to him.
"Besides I'm the one who had to pull you off of her last night." Neji added.
Lee made a weird face. "Oh, you did? Oops." Lee said, blushing. He thought about how embarrassing it must've been for Tenten to wake up Neji just to get himself off of her.

"Alright I'm done." Tenten said as she walked in room, fully dressed. The boys didn't even notice she grabbed her clothes on the way out. Their minds was elsewhere.
"Well I'll go next." Lee added. Wanting to leave the two alone.
As the Green-replica left, the two said nothing. They only helped one another make the bed. Blushing every chance they looked at each other. Lee didn't expect anything more then that....
